All candidates are put through a rigorous interview process. This includes three steps. First, is the group interview, Second, is a phone interview, and lastly they will come back to the office to make sure they meet all qualifications. While at the office they will start the hiring process. After all paperwork and run-throughs are completed, they will then be taken to their starting locations and trained accordingly.
All our employees receive a vest and a badge for their uniform and are expected to wear them at all times when cleaning. We wear these so everyone will know who we are and can be comfortable around us.
