Which industries do you clean?
We clean a wide variety of industries.
How soon can services be started after being quoted?
If you are seeking to replace a current cleaning provider, it is customary to provide a 30 day notice to the exiting company along with a 30 day starting notice to the new cleaning company.
Depending on the size of your facility and scope of cleaning services, we can often times start services in less than 30 days. Request a free quote and we will be glad to give you a customized answer for your facility.
What equipment does Assett provide?
We will provide all necessary cleaning equipment to complete your facility’s prescribed scope of work. This includes large equipment such as floor machines, vacuums, carts, etc. as well as their supporting parts and elements. We will also provide small equipment such as spray bottles, dusters, brushes, etc.
In some cases, clients already have equipment onsite that they would like for our teams to use. We gladly comply with client requests like these and will adjust your quote accordingly.
Does Assett provide paper supplies, hand soap, can liners, etc?
It depends on the nature of your facility’s management.
These types of supplies are categorized as client consumables and are items that the client’s staff and customers use throughout their facility’s operation.
Most clients prefer to have us refill dispensers with these supplies and coordinate ordering when stock gets low with their janitorial supplier.
If you do not have a janitorial supplier we will be glad to get you connected!
Are Assett employees background checked?
Yes, they absolutely are background checked! Assett employees actually go through a multi-layered vetting and training process that’s designed to attract and build top cleaning talent in your area.
We do not hire employees with a previous criminal record.
Do you serve small offices with recurring cleaning as well?
Yes! As long as we can cleaning can be completed at least once per week.
What time of day are services available?
Janitorial Services and Facility Maintenance can be completed 24/7. Everything from day porters to overnight shifts are provided by your Assett team. Most of our clients prefer that services take place after hours (typically between 5pm and 11pm).
For Rental Turnover Cleanings, we prioritize completing these services within the daytime.
Ultimately, all services are flexible to your facility’s schedule and needs.
What does an Assett contract look like?
By default, we use a non-binding Service Agreement that defines the terms of for your facility. We believe that your service and customer experience is our bond.
However, if your facility requires an official 12-60 month contract, we are glad to comply with procedure.
